This may sound crazy, but all of my pictures (jpg) have been 'hacked' and are now "LOCKY" files and when I further investigated they are connected to a program called RSA (cryptosystem)and Advanced Encryption Standard . . . My son-in-law thinks I have been hacked. I deleted a lot of these files on my desktop, but now I see ALL of my jpg files are converted and the date and time is today 5/3/2016 around 2:01 p.m. and later, which is approximately when I went into the quote program and then had to close because of a phone call.
