You need to post a result before you can post to the message board. Yes it has to do with cookies. When you post to the board, your name is saved in a cookie. This cookie is used as authentication to all posting to the message board.
From the front page, click on
"that can be used with Cryptographer"
It has information about the association of the .dqf files.
