This happens because the Monday puzzle uses the same name as the Newspaper contest when it downloads. This can cause the wrong cryptogram to load, depending on how your browser handles the duplicate name.
There are three ways to handle this:
1) Clear the browser download cache
(restart browser, as Cryptodood was doing)
2) Manually delete the downloaded puzzles
3) Never do the Monday puzzle on Monday
